Arranging and managing finance, whether directly or indirectly, and enforcing contractual rights;
Marketing and informing me/us about products and services offered by EVH.

I/We authorise EVH to collect personal, financial, and commercial information from:

Credit reporting agencies;
Credit providers;
Employers, accountants, referees, relatives, or other relevant persons or organisations.

I/We authorise EVH to disclose this information:

To any person or organisation for the purposes outlined above;
To employees, agents, contractors, and service providers in the ordinary course of business;
To credit reporting agencies for maintaining accurate credit records.

I/We acknowledge that:

Providing personal information is voluntary; however, failure to provide required information may result in my/our application being declined;
I/We have the right to request access to, and correction of, my/our personal information under the Privacy Act;
Personal information will be securely held by EVH at 9 Latham Court, Frankton, Hamilton, or by authorised third parties in New Zealand.
